HHS/CMS exercised its first option year with NETCOM to continue the hosting and supporting of the Product Ordering Web (POW) site. NETCOM provides this service under the Software as Service (SaaS) model.

NETCOM Group was awarded a Schedule 70 contract to create reporting requirements for Veterans Affairs (VA). Netcom will develop MUMPS programming routines and Microsoft SQL Server routines to extract data from Veterans Integrated Systems and Technology Architecture (VistA) system. NETCOM will create reports using Microsoft Access database.
